​​ORDER COLLECTION
Orders can be collected (no appointment needed) by students from B7 during the following times:
MONDAY: Before lessons (08:00 - 08:55)
WEDNESDAY: Morning break (11:05 - 11:25), lunchtime (13:30 - 14:20) & after school (15:20 - 17:00)
FRIDAY: Before lessons (08:00 - 08:55)
SATURDAY: We aim to open at least one Saturday per month during term time for order collection, fittings and general purchasing.
Please check here for dates & BEFORE TRAVELLING as these openings are subject to change at short notice.
APPOINTMENTS FOR FITTINGS
Fittings are available during SATURDAY openings (as above) on a first come, first served basis.
Fittings on a WEDNESDAY must be pre-booked via https://str-ptfa-uniform-shop.reservio.com/
We will NOT be open in school holidays or on inset days

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Although we are no longer required to self isolate with Covid-19, please don't visit the shop or attend any appointment you have booked if you know or suspect that either you or your son/daughter have the virus. This is for the safety of our volunteers, several of whom are clinically vulnerable.
OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact the uniform shop by emailing pauniformshop@strs.org.uk within 20 school days of the fulfilment of your order. This does not apply to bespoke ordered items such as blazers, please see the fitting policy for further details.
Please note items must be returned in their original packaging, with any labels attached and in a re-saleable condition.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights.
BLAZER FITTING POLICY
Book a fitting to ensure you order the correct size
All blazers are sourced to fulfill specific orders, therefore we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on blazers that have been ordered without a prior fitting appointment.

If you are replacing a current blazer and know what size you require, please continue to place an order, however, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange in this instance.
